Purpose and Ownership

This is an independent reference site, not an arm of Jennings County, the State of Indiana, or any public agency. It does not store official arrest or custody records. Staff cannot confirm whether someone is jailed, arrange a release, submit a court filing, or act for a records custodian.

The site directs visitors to government jail and inmate-record resources serving Jennings County. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools operated by third parties.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use of this site must remain lawful, respectful, and within the limits below.

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not try to reach accounts, systems, data, or site areas without authorization.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or similar automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site operation or another visitor's access.

Fair Credit Reporting Act

Jennings County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It supplies no background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising partners do not offer those services through this site either. By using the site, you agree that its content will not be used for any FCRA-regulated decision, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision;
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease eligibility;
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums;
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program; or
• Any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. A link does not endorse the destination or its claims. Those destinations set their own content, privacy practices, data policies, and availability. Jennings County Busted Mugshots does not control them and is not responsible for them. Review an outside provider's terms before using its service.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its contents are offered "as is" and "as available." No promise or warranty is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current status of information;
• Continuous or uninterrupted access;
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses; or
• The scope or completeness of results returned by a search partner.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Jennings County Sheriff's Office, Jennings County Jail, Indiana Department of Correction, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennings County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, partners, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the site.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jennings County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise identified, the site's original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Jennings County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify those materials without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted here. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms.

Suspension or Termination

Access to all or part of the site may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Indiana Law Controls

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be filed in a court located within Indiana that has proper jurisdiction.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
